DESIGN AND CONCEPT

We welcome all domestic and commercial clients to our local factory based in UK.

Here you can visit with plans you already have, or we can assist in creating them with you. We can work out the necessary dimensions and specifications of your chosen bi-fold, sliding or patio doors, and windows and even arrange to visit and undertake a site survey.

You can select a huge variety of options for your door system such as the door configuration, type of glass, integrated blinds, handle fittings, and finally all our frames are available in any RAL colour finishes.

MANUFACTURE PROCESS

After we have a signed design confirmation we order the required aluminium profiles from one of our aluminium suppliers (Smart, Schueco, Reynaers) and begin the manufacturing process by hand using state of the art machinery and technology.

Once the frames are crafted, we build the full door system in the factory, install the glass panes and check the operation.

As part of this rigorous quality control stage we also take pictures of the system in operation.

Once the system has our seal of approval, the glass is then removed and the frames are carefully packaged up ready for dispatch. Due to the size of the frames, transportation is usually in a large articulated vehicle.

TRANSPORTATION AND INSTALLATION

All of our door systems are supplied assembled with the glass units packaged separately. This allows the outer frames and doors to be transported and maneuvered into position much easier and then once they are secured into the opening the glass units can quite simply be inserted. All of our systems come with a full installation pack including fitting guides and our technicians are always at the other end of the phone should you need to ask a question.
